A real person reads every message that comes in here — there is no ticket queue and no bot. Expect a reply within a couple of business days.
The fastest way to get help is email.
EhsanTgv@gmail.comCommon questions
A lot of what comes in is already answered on the main page — privacy, accounts, what happens to your entries if you cancel Pro, offline use, and getting your data out.
Read the FAQ before writing in — it might save you the wait.
Before you write
Including these four things in your first message usually saves a round trip:
- App version — currently 1.0.8, and you'll find yours under Settings
- Your device model, e.g. Pixel 8 or Galaxy S24
- Your Android version
- Whether you are signed in or using the app locally
Billing & subscriptions
Feel Journal Pro is sold through Google Play, not through us directly. That means your subscription, payment method, and renewal date are all managed in the Play Store app — we cannot change or refund them on your behalf.
To cancel:
- 1Open the Google Play Store app
- 2Tap your profile icon in the top right
- 3Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- 4Select Feel Journal
- 5Tap Cancel subscription
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds also go through Google Play — request one from your Play Store order history, or via Google Play support. If Google declines and you think the situation warrants another look, email us and we will do what we can.
Deleting your account and data
If you signed in, you can delete your account from inside the app: open Settings → Delete account. That removes the cloud copy of your entries and the account itself.
Entries stored locally on your phone are separate. Uninstalling the app removes them along with the rest of its data. If you want a copy first, export to CSV or JSON before you delete anything — once it is gone we have no way to restore it.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel that in Google Play using the steps above, otherwise it keeps renewing.
One more thing
Feel Journal is a journaling app, not a crisis service, and nobody here is monitoring messages for emergencies. If you are in distress or worried about your safety, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country — they can help right now in a way an app cannot.
Current app version: 1.0.8
