Reports & trends
Mood trend charts with weekly and monthly analysis. Watch the line move across a month instead of guessing how the month went.
Feel Journal takes seconds a day — pick a mood, set your energy, add a note if you want. Over a few weeks it shows you the patterns you can't see from inside them.

One tap picks your mood. The scale never changes, so an entry from today and one from four months ago mean the same thing — which is what makes the trends worth reading.
Open the app, tap a mood, set your energy level, add a note if you feel like it. The whole thing takes under 15 seconds.
Reminders and the home-screen widget turn logging into a one-tap ritual. The streak counter is there as encouragement, never as a punishment.
Weekly and monthly charts surface trends you can't feel in the moment — which days drain you, and how your mood is actually moving.

Log today's mood without opening the app. One tap from your Android home screen and you're done.
Feel Journal
Tap to log
Every entry kept and searchable, with a full detail view for any day you want to revisit.
Customizable notifications at the times that fit your day, with your own reminder message.
Take your entries with you at any time. Open them in a spreadsheet or feed them into your own tools.
Sign in with email or Google to sync across devices — or skip it entirely and stay local-only.
There are no download numbers or star ratings on this page, because there is nothing honest to put there yet. Here is what the app does instead.
Your entries are written to your device first. Signing in is optional — skip it and nothing ever leaves your phone.
There is nobody else in this app. No social layer, no comparison, no notifications engineered to guilt you back in. Miss a day and nothing bad happens.
Export everything to CSV or JSON whenever you want, and delete your account from inside the app. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.
Logging is free and stays free. Pro unlocks the full archive and everything built on top of it.

Yes. Entries are stored locally on your device. They only leave your phone if you choose to sign in and turn on sync, and even then they are tied to your account alone — there is no social layer, no sharing, and no public profile.
No. You can use Feel Journal without ever signing in. An account (email or Google) exists purely so you can sync entries across devices and restore them if you change phones.
Nothing is deleted. Your entries stay exactly where they are. You go back to the free tier, which shows the current week and the last 14 days — everything older is still on your device and comes back the moment you resubscribe.
Not yet. Feel Journal is Android-only today. An iOS version is planned — leave your email in the form near the bottom of this page and you will hear from us when it ships.
Yes. With Pro you can export your full history to CSV or JSON at any time. CSV opens in any spreadsheet app; JSON is there if you want to do something more involved with it.
Yes. Logging, history, and charts all work with no connection at all, because everything is stored on the device. A connection is only used to sync, and only if you have signed in.
No. Feel Journal is a self-reflection tool, not a medical, clinical, or therapeutic product, and it does not diagnose or treat anything. It can help you notice patterns and bring more specific information to a conversation, but if you are struggling with your mental health, please talk to a qualified professional.
Free to start, no ads, and everything stays on your device unless you decide otherwise.
