Overview

RotaClimate needed to replace paper-based fault and installation workflows used by field HVAC technicians. The Flutter app digitises every step — from raising an Arıza (fault) form on-site to dispatching Teknisyen (technician) requests and tracking warranty status — all synced in real time via Firebase. A shared Dart codebase ensured feature parity across Android and iOS while a REST API layer connected the app to the backend ERP system.
